Published on Jan 8, 2014 Scouts with smart phones take on Morse Code. Keith Kaiser, WA0TJT, handles the Morse Code while Tim and Joe from Crew 2883 use cell phones. All this was done at the North Star District, Heart of America Council.
In the first Video, Joe Leno has code sent at about 20WPM. In the second example, the Scouts are competing against coders at about 10WPM.  Not bad for 150 year old technology!
